Adecco Engineering & Technical is seeking 3 Quality Engineer for Calsonic Kansei.
Functions: -Work on nominated projects ensuring that all relevant PPAP, APQP and CIPPS/EPMS elements are in place (this includes inspection standards and reports, gauge specification, customer specific documentation, specific timing plans, control plans, measurement studies, etc) -Support Production Engineering function for new model launches participating in joint activities. -Co-ordinate concern management (this includes chairing review meetings, issuing reports, maintaining the concerns system and facilitating follow up actions such root cause analysis and countermeasure confirmation audit) -Able to perform supplier audits like SOP audits (Start of Production audits) -Liaise with customers, reporting to them on concerns over specified time-scales and deadlines. -Implement appropriate changes and improvements to support the company- s Change Control Procedure -Ensure that customer approval has been sought in relation to the Change Control Procedure -Metrology/MSA Development - calibration & metrology equipment competency -Support and guide the Quality Technicians in their daily workloads, priority setting, work reviews and training/development. -Interpret engineering drawings and part specification/tolerances -Maintain conformance with business and environmental systems -Maintain conformance with health & safety standards -Support business improvement activities Requisitos: -Have previous engineering level experience in quality assurance departments within automotive industry, specially in APQP (Advanced Quality Planning) -Be proficient in root cause analysis and the QRQC process -Experience in managing supplier quality concerns and in supplier audits -Metrology skills: tolerances, calibration and R&R -Knowledge and experience with 3D measuring system. - Spanish - Proficient in Speaking & Writing. English - Proficient in Speaking & Writing. -Other languages will be appreciated. - Demonstrated ability to work across operational functions and regional cultures. - Be able to work effectively as part of a team - Willingness to travel across Regional Plants as and when required.. - Experience of minimum 3 years in a related role within the automotive industry or other high volume manufacturing industry. (Experience of synchronized, short lead-time delivery would be advantageous). -Experience of steel welding, tube bending and plastic injection techniques would be advantageous -Computer skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. -Highly organized in scheduling, executing responsibilities and prioritizing in a multitask environment. - Accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering Nivel de estudios requerido: Licenciatura Experiencia previa requerida: ninguna Vacantes disponibles: 3 | |
